Overeating: Triggers for Introverts & Extroverts
The topic of introversion and extroversion has been on my mind the past few weeks as I was preparing a nutritional workshop that I led this past weekend that briefly touched on the subject in relation to energy and fatigue.
It was such a pleasure and honor to offer information and insight to those drawn to the class content. I had a great time! To be fair (and in the spirit of our topic) I must say it was equally pleasurable, as well as necessary, to spend about 45 minutes on the couch after teaching to recharge my batteries! (more…)

I don’t know about you, but I love this time of year when the air starts to have a little more bite in the morning and evening. I feel inspired to use the oven more. And sleep more.
As we continue our transition into Fall, the season calls us to draw inward while life often demands more of our energy and time.
This opposition can lead to imbalance over time if we do not pepper in practices that help us stay centered and grounded. This sensitive gal has to be particularly mindful of grounding, getting adequate rest, and eating supportive foods. (more…)
