I’m happy to announce another learning opportunity for those near and far, coming up in June.

I’m speaking on behalf of one eating psychology challenge that trips many health conscious people up:

Black-and-White Thinking

Black-and-White Thinking is a habitual way of thinking that directly and indirectly leads to:goodbad

I’m telling you, once this issue is worked with directly, people feel much more freedom and space to eat nutritiously and enjoy pleasurable foods, and trust that their body will respond positively.

I’ll be teaching you nutritional principles and practices that gently and effectively reduce black-and-white thinking, help you feel happier about your eating, and teach you what likely contributed to this polarity in the first place (a little deeper than meets the eye)

This class is for anyone who struggles with strong categorizations around eating and may not have an alternate way forward they feel they can trust.

To me this is a CORE lesson for many people, a foundation in which healthy eating, bodies, and relationships w/food are built.

Like other community classes, this class will be taught LIVE on a private Facebook group, you’ll be a part of and can comfortably watch and participate from home.  I’ll be send out simple instructions on joining the FB group a week or so before the class begins. Class will be available to watch or re-watch for 48 hours after the live class.
