In a culture where big, heroic nutritional changes gain all the attention, we make a counter- move, shifting slowly with the undercurrent that animates all things, implementing gentle changes without overwhelming our systems.

In Creating a Beautiful Spring Diet, you'll be learning dietary practices to support the liver, gallbladder, lymphatic system, immune system, and body composition, (the bodily systems unique to the season)
