Heal Your Eating
How to Eat Well, Feel Great, & Move on with Your Life:
3-month Eating Psychology Training with Laura Burkett, MA
I’ve been working with women in private practice since 2009 and have been closely tracking the most helpful interventions that create long-term healing and change when it comes to eating. I’ve spent months organizing what I’ve learned over the years as a nutritionist, health coach, therapist, and healer into a user-friendly, content-rich program to help you heal your painful eating habits, free yourself from the deflating restrict/binge cycle, and feel much calmer and more confident about your eating and body.
This program is for you if you
Know a lot about nutrition but still deal with painful eating patterns like overeating, binge eating, or chronic dieting
Are a sensitive soul, a feeling type, or HSP
Are still overthinking your diet a lot
Want to learn the psychological dimensions of eating, while making sure your diet is on point
Want to move past social media trends and eat like a grown and grounded adult

Greatly reduce your unwanted eating habits (like overeating, binge eating, or chronic dieting)

Most training videos include powerful case-studies from clients I’ve worked with over the years so you can see the counter-intuitive approaches that help women sustainably transform their eating. (Participants in my online and in-person offerings repeatedly mention the value of learning via the case studies).

The Program Includes:
My full online curriculum
Places to post questions and ask for support as you make your way through the curriculum (I respond weekly)
Handouts for each training video for you to download and keep
TIME WITH LAURA: An online intake process where Laura will make recommendations on which lessons to begin with, PLUS two 45-minute private sessions

And two more things you’ll probably appreciate…
The time commitment is very manageable. Each module averages to about 60 minutes total and can be paced in a way that works for you. If you need a suggestion, just ask Laura.
You won’t be encouraged to eat packet of tuna, fast until 12pm, or anything that sounds truly un-fun or oppressive. (Are we not over these strategies??)
If you’ve been struggling with your eating recently or for quite a while and want a “deep dive” towards healing, this program is for you!
Imagine:
Feeling more confident about your eating
Having a baseline eating style you can relax into
Experiencing less rumination and worry about your diet
Enjoying a significant reduction in unwanted eating habits (like overeating, binge eating, or on-and-off healthy eating)
Knowing how to course correct in an effective & loving way if you find yourself moving in an unhelpful direction (eating well is a life-long practice)
Simply feeling like the type of woman that has a healthy relationship with food

Heal Your Eating
You have a full year of access to the program. I will still encourage you to complete the program between 3-4 months, and know life events come up, so you'll still ample time.
Since this is a digital program there are no refunds.
I wanted to offer an affordable resource for women that are health-conscious but don’t quite understand the “how’s” of sustaining a healthy diet and have spent YEARS trying to figure it out. One of the largest driving forces that contributes to women having a complicated relationship with food is hidden perfectionism, which is addressed throughout the program.
Know thyself! Do you like to watch all the content early over one weekend or do you like designating a video or two per week? Go with your preference. My best advice in general is to take it one module at a time – work through a module, review the “homework” and decide what feels most relevant for you to work on for a couple of weeks.
I’ll see your payment come through and will send you a welcome email with your login information. Once you login, you’ll see a short welcome video to get you started.
Testimonials
Working with Laura has been one of the biggest blessings in my life
When I first reached out to her over a year ago I was hopeless. I wasn’t sure how much more calorie counting, restricting and poor body image I could take, I was ready to give up. Looking back, it is hard for me to even comprehend who I was a year ago. I no longer hate my body, I’ve stopped restricting, my scale was proudly thrown in the trash and am able to finally look in the mirror and love my body the way it is.

Over the past year, my life has completely changed thanks to Laura.
She has helped me learn to listen to my body and to enjoy food for the first time in my life. I no longer obsess about calories or the number on the scale. Food no longer controls me. I finally feel free to be myself and the constant guilt I had surrounding food is finally gone, which is something I never thought would be attainable. I can’t say enough good things about Laura. She is incredibly understanding and kind, and she cares so much about her clients. She really does get to know you and takes your whole life into account when working with you.
Ashley, Byron Center, MI
Prior to meeting with Laura, I was overly focused on counting calories and macros, working out, and restricting foods in order to lose weight.
I put a tremendous amount of energy into eating the “perfect” foods and losing weight. Laura helped me to understand the reason I began to binge eat and the cause of other unhealthy thoughts and practices that I had developed over the years. She creates an incredibly safe environment. As a result of my work with Laura, I have regained my energy and I overall feel mentally and physically healthier. Both my relationship with food and with myself are healthy and positive.
