I’ve been working with women in private practice since 2009 and have been closely tracking the most helpful interventions that create long-term healing and change when it comes to eating. I’ve taken a good length of time to organizing what I’ve learned over the years as a nutritionist, health coach, and therapist into a user-friendly, content-rich program to help you reduce chronic unwanted eating habits and feel much calmer and more confident about your eating habits.

1. The time commitment is very manageable. Each module is between 40-80 minutes total) and can be paced in a way that feels good to you. That means you can set aside a Sunday, for example, to watch a module and then work with the content for a few weeks, or pace videos throughout the month.
2. You won’t be encouraged to eat packet of tuna, fast until 12pm, or anything that sounds truly un-fun or oppressive
