Women's Metabolism includes this...

...Healing a painful or challenging relationship with food.

If you've had ongoing challenges with your eating over the years, consider this:

A lack of nutritional information is usually NOT the problem.

What I mean is many, many people have learned a ton about nutrition.

And a good number of those people may still have a burdened relationship with food.

So their HEAD knows the right things to do.

But their eating habits are demonstrating that something else is going on.

This "something else" seems to bypass all the great (and sometimes confusing) information they've learned about nutrition.

What I'm asking you to do is become a student of the "something else."

Remember, if you struggle with certain aspects of your diet and your eating, those very challenges are likely here to teach you something.

From overeating, under-eating, restricting, binge eating, speed eating, negligent eating, food anxiety and fixations, disordered eating, identity-based eating, to very little regard for the health of the body....

Are you willing to get more curious about these? Willing to learn? Willing to do the inner work that supports the outer change?

This is the deeper dimension that goes the distance...
